How to make pomander
Materials:
- A thin – skinned orange that has been
- pomander-ball- chris
- Dried for at least 2 weeks in a warm place.
- A skewer
- Plastic – headed pins
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- Cloves
- Masking tape
- Ribbon
Steps:
- Wind the tape around the orange and secure with the pins
- Use the skewer to make small holes all over the orange skin. Press a clove into each hole. Do this all in one day, otherwise mould may grow.
- Roll the orange cinnamon until whole orange is covered.
- Hang it in a warm dry place. After a week, replace with the ribbon.
- Your pomander now is ready! Hang it in the place which you would like scented.
