How to make pomander

Materials:

• A thin – skinned orange that has been       
• pomander-ball- chris                        
• Dried for at least 2 weeks in a warm place.

• A skewer
• Plastic – headed pins
• 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
• Cloves
• Masking tape
• Ribbon

Steps:

• Wind the tape around the orange and secure with the pins
• Use the skewer to make small holes all over the orange skin. Press a clove into each hole. Do this all in one day, otherwise mould may grow.
• Roll the orange cinnamon until whole orange is covered.
• Hang it in a warm dry place. After a week, replace with the ribbon.
• Your pomander now is ready! Hang it in the place which you would like scented.
